Anytime you start anything new, it’s a little scary in you never know what to expect if it’s a hit or miss, or somewhere in the middle, but the little scary thing we’re referring to is that we recently offered services of converting VHS to DVD to clients. Then earlier today we received the following message.
“I was so delighted to discover that Robert Lee provides services to convert video to DVD! I had 8mm films (old, old, old) of family that had been converted to VHS. But the years were unkind to both the film and then the VHS. I didn’t trust sending them anywhere. I’ve had some bad experiences with conversion. I gave my video as soon as I learned Robert offered this service. He is responsive, the turnaround was better than anything I found when researching like services and he is so customer service-oriented. I plan to give Robert the rest of the videos I have of very special memories…because I trust him.” Barbara H.
Safe to say after receiving this reply, I think we may keep this service. What do you think? 🙂
