Who is Robert Lee

Hi! I’m Robert Lee.

Just a little bit about myself. Prior to founding Sha La La La Productions, I worked in direct marketing for a Massachusetts-based medical manufacturer as well as a multimedia firm in the food and entertainment industry. Also, I produced a music documentary that has aired on several public access channels across Massachusetts and featured short films at local independent film festivals.

My educational background, I received a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Also, I studied at the University of London and an active member of New England Direct Marketing Association, Inc. (NEDMA) and the Newton/Needham Chamber of Commerce.

I’ve always enjoyed exercising my creative mind. So on my free time, I’ve produced or worked on tv projects, film documentaries, and other fun projects. The one thing I’ve learned is that on these types of projects unless you’re really well connected, the cost to make a program in both time and resources can really add up. Personally, I hate to see great work halted. In a response to that, I readily offer my video production services to all clients big or small. And it doesn’t stop there. What happens if you also need help to market your video to your customers or potential clients, or find the best way to reach them? With my 10+ years of marketing experience, we can find that answer together.

I’ll admit it’s hard for me to stay still, so on a couple of projects or events, some of the crew use the down time to do an informal off the cuff, interview. In sharing these videos, it will help you be exposed to my humor, and know what it’s like when you meet me. However, in a recent video podcast, one person did manage to hold me still to pick my mind about videos, and video marketing.  Special thanks to Patch BakerJax Adele and Rachel Walker for being gracious and thoughtful interviewers.
